What kind of Convertible car seat do you recommend for smaller Car?

convertible car seat
Katelyn’s Mama *Tina* asked:

I have a small Honda Civic, with NO Latch system. What kind of convertible car seat would you recommend? My baby is 7.5 months, and about 17.5 lbs. I am still going to keep her in her Infant seat for another month or so, and when I do switch I would like the new car seat to be able to face backwards also.

Thanks

  1. buy a BMW, a real car

  2. I believe all convertible carseats can be installed whether or not you have latches. And as long as it is new and doesn’t have a recall notice it should be safe. You will mostly be paying more for extra padding and things like cup holders.

Most convertibles are on the bigger side..I drive a Chevy Impala and have the Evenflo Triumph Advance LX. We love this car seat…The Evenflo Titan is a tad smaller but I’ve also heard mommies rave that they love that car seat too.
