How should I redo my classic car’s interior?
Kelly asked:
I have a black ‘64 Chevy Chevelle Malibu SS convertible, and it has a red&white interior which is pretty beat up. I want to re-do it, and I’m wondering if I should keep the same color scheme or do something else. I was thinking black on black, or red interior on black paint. Right now the seats are white, the carpet is red, the dash is red, and the steering wheel is alternating red and white. Any suggestions?

I would like to start by telling you that I envy you, you have an amazingly beautiful car!!! If money is nothing for you then black on black will look great, especially if it is flat black paint and original black leather interior, but if your money is slim then you will be better off staying with the colors that is in it now. You will find that the more changes you make the more it will cost and the lower the value of the car. Good luck and I would love to see the finished product!
