Best convertible car seat for baby?

I have a Britax Boulevard, for my daughter, and love it. It looks super comfy, and she looks well protected. It comes with side impact protection, and is very easy to install. It is on the bulky side, but I think that’s part of the protection.

imo they are all tested and would not be sold if they were unsafe beyond reason. we bought a graco comfort sport.

If you can afford it the Britax Boulevard is the best in my opinion. It fits in the car well, has added safely features and most important my son is comfortable in it.
My mom bought it for my son for his 1st birthday. If it wasn’t for that generous gift we wouldn’t have it.
ALL car seats sold in the USA are regultaed so you can’t buy one that isn’t safe, it just may not have all the bells and whistles.

My 14 month old daughter and I LOVE our Evenflo Tribute 5. It is easy to adjust, and can keep them in a 5-point harness for a long time. It’s cheaper than the britax, but is still VERY plush and nice. It’s also very cute. It also has a removable headrest, so if you are using it with a smaller baby the large body of the seat can fit into a regular size car. We bought it on amazon.com. We also own 2 Graco seats for the other cars (ours and the babysitter’s) and I wish we would have just bought another Tribute. It’s just that nice.
